Frequently asked questions
Can't find what you're looking for? Our team is happy to help.
Can Zentra deliver more than one service on the same project?
Yes. Our business lines are designed to work together — for example, civil works, HDD crossings and fibre installation on a single network project, managed by one team.
What information do you need for a quotation?
A short description of the scope, the site location, any drawings or specifications you have, and your target schedule. We will follow up for anything else.
When is HDD better than open-cut trenching?
HDD is usually preferred when crossing roads, railways, rivers or built-up areas, where excavation would be disruptive, costly to reinstate or not permitted.
Do you supply hydrocarbons on a scheduled basis?
Yes. We can agree regular delivery schedules as well as supplying one-off orders, depending on the product and location.
Where can you work?
Tell us your project location and scope, and we will confirm availability and mobilisation time.
Have a project in mind? Let's talk about the scope, schedule and site.
